My one-night stay at Avoca Park was sensational!! Wonderful hosts, friendly atmosphere, Great experience with the animals, particularly with the horses. Will certainly book again for the next time we are in the area.

Nice to wake up in a country/farm setting with equestrian activities (horse grooming and dressage training) going on around you. A clean, cozy place not far from the tourist spots in the Dandenongs.

Nice and clean and neat and well decorated. It’s a small motel like room next to the horse arena which is quiet and the separate kitchen across the patio is well equipped.

If you love animals and dogs this is the place for you! I didn’t realise until we were nearly at the accommodation that it was a working equestrian farm, but it wasn’t a disappointment in the least! With two friendly doggos to meet us out of the cars and seeing big, beautiful horses trotting around, it was a very serene place to be! If you need a place to stay for a couple of nights while taking in the sights, this is definitely a recommendation!

We stayed for two nights at Avoca and had a wonderful family holiday. All the staff around the property were very welcoming and helpful and it was a lovely place to walk around and pat the friendly horses and donkeys. Our daughter also enjoyed a couple of riding lessons with really enthusiastic coaches. Being your wet weather gear if you travel in winter!

Extremely private guest apartment on a beautiful property. Woke up at 6am and admired the fog by the water and the animals on the property are so friendly. Definitely recommend
