At Avoca Park, we understand that each rider is unique, and we value your individual preferences. That's why we take the time to work out what you want and your goals and how we can help you the best way we can! We offer various types of lessons and experiences, providing you with a personalized and tailored approach to your riding education.

Whether you're a seasoned rider seeking to refine your technique or a beginner eager to master the basics, our lessons offer the ideal platform for growth and progress.

We ask all new clients to begin with a private assessment lesson, to allow us to ensure we have paired the with the best suited horse and ensure our riders are comfortable with our style of teaching. We are firm believers of empathy for the horse and we have traditional dressage approach to our lessons. The director of Avoca Park is a licensed Legerete Teacher so our horses are educated with a biomechanial approach through kindness and lightness. This belief is carried through all our horses and staff to keep a happier environment.

Semi-Private lessons (2 riders) are available for riders who can confidentally trot independantly. This ensures safety for our riders, please keep in mind that our Semi-Privates are available exclusively to riders who have previously ridden with us or have undergone a private assessment lesson.

Our Group Lessons are provided in the form of Pony Club Sessions (2.5 hours) which include Horse theory, Horsemanship and a 45min group ride. If this interests you please check out our PCA Group Sessions for more information.
