Our Level 1 General Coaching Course expands on what you’ve learned in our Introductory Coaching Course. This course will give you a deeper understanding of Coaching at a higher level in Dressage, Show Jumping & Cross Country.

Unit 4 Part e – Turn on the Forehand, Leg Yield
Unit 4 Part f – EA Rules and Competition Preparation
Unit 4 Part g – Poles, Grids & Gymnastic Exercises
Unit 4 Part h – Jumping
Unit 4 Part i – Cross Country
Unit 4 Part j – Ride Unknown Horse and Lunge a Rider to Improve Position
Estimated Study Time: 10 hours video education with an associated quiz after each module. To participate in the assessment a further 30 hours of coaching is recommended in each discipline of Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross Country. This time frame can be different from person to person.

Optional practical sessions will be available on the first Sunday in March, June & September.

Age Stipulation: The age stipulation is 18 years of age and the pre-requisite is a current Equestrian Australia Introductory Certificate
